How it works
3-5 Year agreement with Guaranteed rent
Both parties enter into a 3-5 year fixed term management agreement whereby the rent is guaranteed by us for the entirety of the term. No hidden fees or commissions. When the property is vacant we still pay your rent!
Free cosmetic Refurbishment
If your property is in need of a light cosmetic refurb our power team will do this free of charge. We will also furnish your property as it is also in our interest to make sure that our clients feel at home during their stay.
Bookings with our professional clients
Reservations will be secured in advance with our preferred clients. Many of our clients are national companies who are working in the area on short term contracts, generally for 2-5 months.
Management and maintenance of your property
We inspect and clean the property at least once a week. proactive and reactive maintenance is undertaken or scheduled to ensure that the property is kept in good condition for the term of the agreement.
End of Agreement
When approaching the end of the agreement we will reach out to you. You will have 3 options - renew the contract, have the property returned to you or we can arrange the purchase of your property.

We would be responsible, and this would be stipulated in the terms and conditions of the management agreement.
Yes. You would need buildings insurance to cover the property.
NO. we will supply brand new furniture. if you insist on furnishing the property then we would be more than happy for you to purchase the furniture however we would need to choose the items.
all major issues including gas safety certificates will be the landlord’s responsibility. we would be happy to arrange for any of these to be dealt with using our team of industry specialists.
In good faith, we will always try our best to address any minor issues and not bother you, however there might the odd occasion where the boiler brakes down and we would have to contact you to resolve the problem.
